      • "Blessed are those whose ways are blameless, who walk according to the law of the Lord. Blessed are those who keep his statutes and seek him with all their heart."

      • In a spiritually encouraging Bible quote from Mark 4:9, Jesus tells His disciples: "whoever has ears to hear, let them hear."

      • In calling the Christians at the Church in Colossae to "teach and admonish" one another using "psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit" Paul was recognizing the instructional power of song.
      • Arguing that animals were created after man is simply a misreading of the text. In Genesis 2:19...
      • Jesus explains to James and John in Mark 10:25 that: "the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many."
      • "If you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free."
      • "Go and make disciples of all nations baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit."

      • As Jesus said in Matthew 6:25-27 (NIV), "Do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear... Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?"
      • They are traditionally viewed as "guardians" that protect our homes and children, but are angels still active today?
      • As Lindsay Conner described, "God has not cured my anxiety, but he is taught me how to manage my life in a way that promotes balance, hope, and trust." Such an outcome is possible for you, too.
      • "Jesus understands our dark feelings, our doubt, our discouragement, and yes, even our depression; and his desire is to help us."
      • "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life."
      • "We are pilgrims on the earth and strangers; we have come from afar and we are going far."
      • The Pope has been quoted as saying: "My choices, including those related to the day-to-day aspects of life, like the use of a modest car, are related to a spiritual discernment."
      • In Christianity, three such beings are honored with the title "Archangel." They are Michael, Gabriel, and Raphael.

    • Women

      • This concept is according to Psalms 29:2, "Ascribe to the Lord the glory due his name; worship the Lord in the splendor of his holiness."
      • Jesus makes this absolutely clear when He says that: "My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me. I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand."
      • "Let the heavens rejoice, let the earth be glad; let the sea resound, and all that is in it. Let the fields be jubilant, and everything in them; let all the trees of the forest sing for joy." (Psalm 96:11-12)
      • "So do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly rewarded. You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what he has promised."
      • "For we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do."

      • If you need encouragement to forgive your mother or your daughter, then look no further than the inspirational words of Jesus in Matthew 6:14.
      • Make Time for God "Yes, my soul, find rest in God; my hope comes from him." (Psalm 62:5)
      • As we are told in this quote from John Piper: "What women rightly long for is spiritual and moral initiative from a man, not spiritual and moral domination."
      • "For God is not a God of disorder but of peace," proclaims 1 Corinthians 14:33.
      • "Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows."
      • You've heard it said, "It's not the gift. It's the thought that counts."
