And having disarmed the powers and authorities, he made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross. Colossians 2: 15

"Whoever has ears to hear, let them hear."

(Jesus, in Luke 14:35, NIV)

It is not our Father's intention to put illness on His people.  Some feel this way but the Bible tells us that God does not inflict sickness on His servants.  Jesus went to the cross and rose again from the dead so that we might be healed.  Amen.  There have been times when God has allowed sickness because of rebellion or disobedience.  However for God's people we can expect to be healed of all diseases and/or illnesses because of what Jesus did on the cross.

Sickness and disease are the works of the devil, and Jesus came and "disarmed authorities and powers, He made a show of them openly, triumphing over them".  When you surrender your life to Christ, you can count on being healed.  Amen.

Colossians 2: 15

And having disarmed the powers and authorities, he made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross.

William Hazlitt, the English writer from two centuries ago, once exclaimed, "The art of conversation is the art of hearing as well as of being heard." Truly, hearing is an important part of communication on both sides. What do you do, then, when you suffer hearing loss? Certainly many people have survived and even thrived without the ability to hear, but are other options available?

If you've lost your hearing, you know the purchase of a hearing aid can make a huge difference in your quality of life. The ability to hear the voice of a loved one or your favorite music is priceless. You want that ability back, but hearing aids are expensive. If you are living paycheck to paycheck, this is not a decision to be taken lightly. How can you find a good quality hearing aid and not break the bank at the same time? Fortunately, you have an option and all it takes is the click of a mouse.

The medical exam is still the most important step. After your diagnosis, it's up to you to decide where to buy your hearing aid. Traditionally, once a patient received news that a hearing aid is advised, the purchase would come from a local brick and mortar audiology clinic or hearing center. It was easy to walk across the hall and make a selection. However, those high prices may have made you squeamish. Fast forward to today. Patients like you now have a choice to follow tradition or shop online for competitive prices. The good news is that you will find online the same major brands or similar options to what your doctor or audiologist sells, but for a lot less money. Another advantage is the convenience of having your new hearing aid delivered quickly and directly to your mailbox.

Ask your primary care doctor for suggestions before deciding on any online service for whatever condition may be hindering you.  Your doctor is always a great source for starting a conversation regarding solutions for internal health care issues that need to be resolved.

Spiritual Prayer

I know that You can do everything and that no thought can be withheld from You.  "Who is he who hides council without knowledge?"  Therefore I have uttered what I did not understand, things too wonderful for me which I did not know.  "Hear and I will speak I will question You and You shall declare to Me.  I have heard of You by the hearing of the ear, but now my eye sees You, therefore I abhor myself and repent in dust and ashes.
