At G.Q. King's Palaces, LLC we hold strongly to our beliefs regarding God, Jesus, and the ultimate bearing that God's plan should have on our lives. We base all of our beliefs in scriptural fact, which allows us to take confidence in our role as spiritual guides and motivators. Below we have provided a quick summary of our beliefs, along with scriptural references.

 

The Bible

 

We believe that the scriptures, including both the Old and the New Testaments, are the true Word of God, fully complete and without error. They contain the revelation of God's will for our salvation and should be treated as the final authority on all aspects of Christian faith and Christian life.

 

"As for God, his way is perfect: The Lord's word is flawless; he shields all who take refuge in him." (2 Samuel 22:31)

 

"All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work." (2 Timothy 3:16-17)

 

God

 

We believe in one God. We believe that God is the creator of all things and that He is infinitely perfect.

 

"In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth." (Genesis 1:1)

 

"The Lord is upright; he is my Rock, and there is no wickedness in him." (Psalm 92:15)

 

Furthermore, we believe that God is eternal, and that, though God is One, He exists in three distinct persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

 

"May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all." (2 Corinthians 13:14)

 

Jesus

 

We believe that Jesus Christ is both wholly God and wholly human, and that He was conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary.

 

"The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us." (John 1:14)

 

"In your relationships with one another, have the same mindset as Christ Jesus: Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be used to his own advantage; rather, he made himself nothing by taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness." (Philippians 2:5-7)

 

We believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross for our sins as a fulfillment of the Holy Scriptures.

 

"For what I received I passed on to you as of first importance: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures." (1 Corinthians 15:3-4)

 

We believe that, after dying on the cross, Christ rose from the dead and ascended into heaven. He now reigns at the right hand of the Father and acts as our advocate.

 

"Exalted to the right hand of God, he has received from the Father the promised Holy Spirit and has poured out what you now see and hear." (Acts 2:33)

 

Lucifer

 

We believe that Lucifer, a fallen angel, is a created being who was cast down by God. He is an enemy to both God and humankind.

 

"How you have fallen from heaven, morning star, son of the dawn! You have been cast down to the earth, you who once laid low the nations! You said in your heart, 'I will ascend to the heavens; I will raise my throne above the stars of God." (Isaiah 14:12-13)

 

We believe that when Christ died and was resurrected, Lucifer was defeated.

 

"Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." (James 4:7)

 

We believe that, at the appointed time, Lucifer will be cast down into a lake of fire and brimstone where he will no longer be able to deceive humankind.

 

"And I saw an angel coming down out of heaven, having the key to the Abyss and holding in his hand a great chain. He seized the dragon, that ancient serpent, who is the devil, or Satan, and bound him for a thousand years. He threw him into the Abyss, and locked and sealed it over him, to keep him from deceiving the nations anymore until the thousand years were ended." (Revelation 20:1-3)

 

The Holy Spirit

 

We believe that the Holy Spirit calls believers to ministry so that they may glorify Christ. It is sent down in order to regenerate the sinner and to convict and inspire the believer to live a life in service to God.

 

"But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you." (John 14:26)

 

"May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit." (Romans 15:13)

 

Marriage

 

We believe that marriage is the union of one man and one woman in an exclusive partnership that has been ordained by God. We believe that God has reserved sexual intimacy to occur only in the union of Marriage.

 

"Then the Lord God made a woman from the rib he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man. The man said, 'This is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; she shall be called 'woman,' for she was taken out of man.' That is why a man leaves his father and mother and is united to his wife, and they become one flesh." (Genesis 2:22-24)

 

The Second Coming

 

Finally, we believe in Christ's promise of a Second Coming, during which He will establish His kingdom here on earth. This blessed hope should inspire us to be ever vigilant in our service, as we do not know when Christ will return.

 

"And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am." (John 14:3)

 

"Therefore, stay awake, for you do not know on what day your Lord is coming." (Matthew 24:42)
